Bio, goals and personal records
I'm born in 1971, 181cm tall, 78kg.
This are my current training goals and records.
Kettlebell clean and press
My first goal is to press the 32kg 5 times with left and right and after that it's to be able to press the bulldog (40kg) at a bodyweight around max 80kg.
Current best is 32kg x 1L, 2R
Snatch
First I want to break 100 snatches with the 24kg in 5 minutes and then continue working towards being able to do 200 snatches with the 24kg in 10 minutes.
Current best is 97 in 5 minutes in with the 24kg.
I also want to be able to easily pass the rkc certification snatch test which is 56 for me with only one hand switch. Current best is 60.
Pullups
I have 2 separate goals for my pullups, endurance and max strength.
For endurance I'm working towards doing 20 bodyweight pullups. Current best is 14. When that is achived I will be doing my endurance pullups with an extra 10 kg and trying to reach 18 reps.
For max strength the first goal is 32kg, current best is 24kg. In the future even heavier weights and maybe someday a one arm pullup.
Deadlift
For the deadlift the first goal is a double bodyweigth lift. My current max is around 120kg.
CoC
I want to be able to close the #2 with a card set with both hands. Current best is about 10 reps left and right with #1 and the #2 is about 3mm to close with right hand.
